This is like a game, but it determines which football team is most popular.
1. Ok, Here is a list of Football Teams (Ask in a post if you need to add one):

[ 1 ] Nottingham Forest
[ 1 ] Bolton Wanderers
[ 0 ] Arsenal
[ 0 ] Aston Villa
[ 0 ] Liverpool
[ 0 ] Manchester City
[ 0 ] Leeds United
[ 0 ] Blackburn Rovers
[ 0 ] Tottenham
[ 0 ] Preston North End
[ 0 ] West Brom.
[ 0 ] Newcastle
[-1 ] Chelsea
[-1 ] Manchester United
Teams in Green have been moved up recently.
Teams in Red have been moved down recently.

2. Post something like this:
One Up: Arsenal
One Down: Manchester United
This moves Arsenal up to the top of the list...
... And Manchester United down to the bottom of the list.
This way, we can see who is the most popular team!
