I recommend getting a more football-related template.
Or at least change the post icons to little footballs.
Don't have categories and forums for Staff Applications. Just post them in Announcements.
Cut down on the off-topic sections. You are supposed to concentrate more on the on-topic sections (Football)
You have too many forums, either delete them and move all posts or merge the sections.
If you haven't already, request a banner. Banner's are really important for forums because they show up on every single page.
