I won this gift card not long after the other one I won, having no -s I thought I'd give it a try and return if it really didn't have £25 on it:

When I received it, I took it into town to check, I said it probably had nothing or very little on it when I asked for the balance to be checked and they told me that the card had not even been activated.

However, this particular scammer did give me a chuckle. He decided that instead of doing the normal thing of buying a stamp and sticking it onto the evelope he would photocopy a stamp and stick that on instead, luckily although there was a sticker on it saying there was an amount to pay the postman didn't ask for it, as then I'd be claiming back Swapits and stmaps.

Photocopying a stamp...whatever next?

Also, after posting this on another forum, I found out he is also known as CrazyGamer and TrustToSwapWithMe. I have PM'd him on 2 different forums, he responded at first saying he 'accidently' sent the wrong one etc. etc. but then stopped replying to PMs slowly, even when I sent him 22 of the same.

Vouchers shouldn't be alloud on swapitshop,even though some are genuine and actually have credit on them,about 60% are worthless.

I only bought it because it said 'voucher' instead of 'gift card'.

I don't buy gift cards unless SwapitShop are selling them themselves like the Game and iTunes ones they are selling at the moment, as I know they will have money on them.

I've just sent an e-mail to them about a £5 voucher I won asking them to only forward on if it's a voucher, if it's a gift card I want the Swapits refunded as it will probably having nothing on it.

Email Swapitshop Immediately. Tell them about the situation and they will contact the swapper, they will arrange a new transaction - otherwise the swapper's account will be suspended. In most cases you will be given the item (or a replacement item) and your swapits back.
