Last time i receive Nokia but broken even i try to put charger on. No respond at all. I try to contact swapit member staff via email but do not have respond as well. What the BAD.....

Open monday to friday..9-6pm
There email is useless, unless you expect a reply about 2 weeks later.
I suggest phoning them and im sure they will give the swapits back if in the description it didnt say anything about broken.
