I rang one of them up today about these swaps that i have been wondering why they havent proccessed them, as they were all sent in the same box to them.
So the women on the phone said "yeh i will proccess them now"..waited about an hour. still no sign from them 
So i had to phone up again and explain it all again and luckly i got someone who understood me and did it straight away

So if they did process it why are you complaining for?
