We have choosen the first moderator on Swapitshop Forum! They will be another mod or a few extra ones aswell. So don't panic if you have't been choosen. Its been hard choosing though all the people who applied.

The same was asked of me when I became moderator (minus the Jake's forum bit) - the job changes everything really.

He's only the first moderator. You know, when I became moderator it was you who made me feel guilty and unworthy, like I didn't deserve it or like I was the wrong choice. You need to learn humility and you need to learn how to appreciate others, rather than just yourself. Be happy for others because I don't want the new moderators to go into the job feeling the way I did. They were chosen for a reason, you don't need to know the reason because it's not going to change anything. Sometimes it's the way people react to things that affect their chances of becoming moderator, keep that in mind.
