Post Times
- They have post delivered at around 11am
- Royal Mail collects their post at 1pm [which is why swaps take a while to arrive!]
- Everything over 3k is sent recorded delivery (so they lose money on every swap over 3k)

-You can phone them on 020 7471 2699 between 9am and 6pm Monday-Friday

-You can email them at info@swapitshop.com or dean@swapitshop.com or sarah@swapitshop.com - I tend to email all three for maximum impact  . Helps if you put "URGENT" in the subject since they get so many :-)
It might also interest you to know that they really hate Swapitshop forums becasue it's meant to be annonymous and we end up abusing the system (e.g. swapping cash). Obviously they forget how much extra business we bring...

I'd rather them have 2 collection times because 1 simply isn't enough at the moment with the rate Swapitshop is expanding at.
One in the mourning for the evenings beforehand backlog and so on.
This would IMO dramatically improve delivery times which at the mo are a tad slow.
