This forum is for all the negative stuff about SwapitShop. Like broken things arriving, sometimes even not arriving, or stuff taking ages and ages to arrive. Just anything bad about SwapitShop!
How to deal with the items
1) Compare the description with the item.
Is something not quite as it says it is? If so phone or email SwapitShop.
2) Is it nothing like the description?
Have you bidded on a PS2 Game but got a PS1 Game? If so phone or email SwapitShop
3) Is it just broken and un useable? You need to phone them and get your Swapits back.

i have had quite a few swaps that have not met the description, so i email swapitshop and they give me me swapits back and sometimes tell me that i do not need to send the item back   :o :o
