Since a lot of people are asking this recently, This little note will tell you how to contact SwapitShop.
By Phone: 020 7471 2699
Calls charged at standard rate.

I wouldn't recommend this, as you never do seem to get a reply.
Snail Mail: SwapitShop, PO Box 29932, London, SW6 7FE
Remember to add a first or second class stamp!
When your contacting... SwapitShop please go into detail about you problem or question. Say the transaction number, your member number and the swappers nickname involved.

Just thought i'd add this mike:
Try to be nice to them whatever problem you have, i've found it can be very fustrating but they are nice people really who are there to help, so try to always be polite and they will normally sort your problems!

Ahhh i need help! i have emailed swapitshop saying that i reaaaly cant complete 2 swaps because my mum has really changed her mind, and now you say that i wont get a reply! i really cant follow these swaps through, so wot can I do???

try emailing again... this time put the subject as URGENT - PLEASE REPLY
I (nearly) always get a quick reply when I write that!
tell them the transaction numbers, your membership number and the details of the swaps.
Ask them to close the swaps for you.. they are pretty good really ;) If you dont get a reply before 5pm, then phone them.

even though the bidding time hasnt ended, is it possible for swapitshop to cancel my swaps before anyone else bids? because i really cant complete these swaps at all so i need them taken off before anyone else bids and before the time is up!

plenty of time then. phone them, or email with the URGENT subject.. and tell them the name of the swaps (give them your membership number) and they should be able to close them for you. If they haven't had bids, then you can just delete them yourself.

I Have some great news! It took some time but they have just sent me 2 emails saying that they have closed my swaps and the bidders have been informed!!!!! Now i can stop worrying!!Thanks for the help everyone!
