You could create a member of the week forum where, every week on a particular day, you announce the member who, you feel, has made the made the most non-spam posts.
Then you could send a certificate (that you make from Microsoft Word) to the winner by post.
You would need the winner's address though.

Yeah i wouldn't like members giving out addresses its not safe!
but member of the week i do like!, i know a few members who have been helpful latley too! i see everything 
maybe instead of a ceftificate a special rank titled 'member of the week'
