Sorry I don't understand.
I am not giving info about when Royal Mail collects your mail, which varies from place to place, is very easy to check and is generally between 5pm and 7pm.
This is about when Royal Mail deliver mail to SwapitShop, and when they collect it from SwapitShop [they collect it very early because they are corporate clients so a different procedure applies].
Is that clear?
Anywho, I would appreciate any suggestions via PMs

You could always add the times swapitshop is updated (When transactions come through if somethings been bidded on and not closed now etc)
