The admins says your feed back is always something they look at.

I wish I could eat a dictionary and have a wider range of vocabulary but this isn't the case (unfortunately).
Look the admins have tried to do something (they appointed Gaz who rejected the offer, they asked Jules and True Blue who also turned the position down) but so far, things haven't moved forward. Adam, like myself, is preparing for his GCSEs and he's currently on a school trip. Harrier is inactive and that really only leaves Danny, as I've already explained, which isn't enough to make important decisions for the forum. The admins are busy, they look at the feedback, we try to discuss it, but with such short staff and busy times, it's difficult.
If you want to talk directly to Danny or Adam, pm them- sometimes they're too busy to check all the threads (which is why we have moderators). You want to be a full time mod? Let me tell you how to do it- you earn it. You don't complain about the ways of the admins, you don't criticise the forum and you actually take part in all forum activities, not just those you're involved in.

Look I don't want you to leave. I am taking you seriously by replying and explaining to you what my opinion is. You need to grow up a little and understand people aren't always going to agree with you, that doesn't mean you give up and run away. You keeping up the way you've been doing things isn't going to make you a full time mod, I've told you what will.

Who are you to tell me to grow up it's a bit rich in it,plus i'm not running away all im doing is putting my opinions a cross but all i get is all this vibe it's not on.
That's why i'm leaving as i'm not getting anywere with my opinion so i might as well leave that way everyone will be happy ok.

Yes Kev, you do think it's all about you. You're mod on two rival SwapitShop forum and don't care.. why..? Because you're thinking of yourself.
You wanna be full-time mod on both forums, yet we need to read your posts twice to read them. You post for no reason sometimes and othertimes it's just :) you're posting.
Stop attention seeking, and go to school - doesn't look like you have anyway.
