| OMG i just spent like 10 munites writing summin in but somp froze and i lost it simply i have been waiting for 6 items for like 4 months you most likely wont get your swapits back if it was a lot of swapits i suggest you contact swapitshop on 020 7471 2699 att tokens if i helped thanks

This happened to me so I emailed them:
Swap name:
Swap number:
Date "won":
Status:(complete etc.)
Date "posted":
Swapits Spent:
Account name:
And they replied back saying they had refunded my swapits (and they had!!)
