Is his forum being run properly

i know that the owner of this site is a 13 year old boy and i believe that is he definatly not old enough and wise enough to run a form like this, even tho the moderators are a little older, i doubt his ability in running this forum, as i know that many people have been banned for awful reasons e.g

----- someone mentioned the word homo-sexual the other day and they are now banned for life, is he old enough to know not to discriminate against people? I dont think so but what is your opinion?

hahahahaha yeah even tho i do agree tht some of the rules are ok but some are just stupid lol also id like to know where the moderators are during the day? Therea arnt any on now!!!!

mods are on, but then again, maybe they too have a life and do other things, remember this is a kids site, most are at school or college.or maybe they are to busy sifting through the posts, reading every topic,making sure theres no spam,abusive name calling, any banned items, things in the right section etc etc to actualy post.

also... if this forum is so underrun, bad etc, why do people keep coming back, for intance, how many times has members left in a strop, only to make a apperiance in a few days time, then theres the greats, nadeem,emodeath and loads more people who are banned but keep making countless new accounts to get back on the forum.

Bottem line is :- this is mikes forum, his rules, his ways, if they are so bad, why is this the biggest swappitshop forum around, yes there are others, yes they are growing, but after all that is said and done they all come back, allways have and allways will.

as for is mike responsable enough to run a forum - yes he is, and has been doing for the last year, and it just keeps getting bigger.

double posting is against the rules - why is this such a big issue,why is it so hard for some people to use an edit button, guess they just want a better post ranking. you know the rules, you know what happens when you break them, why then the big fuss when you get a warning or ban.
rules vary from forum to forum, and as above if this ones so bad, the rules suck so much, why is it the biggest swapitshop forum going, i'll tell you, because for most people the rules arnt that bad, most people can live without double posting, cos if thats the biggest complaint you got, then this forum cant be bad.

yes i agree with alot of things youve said there but ive seen him before be, one sided, discriminate amonst things i believe that a more mature person who knows more of the 'real world' should run the site, would you truST A 13 year old to run the country, i dont you would?

I think run ok this forum. and if he makes a bad decision it's not oing to end the world so comparing it to britain is slightly pointless. Also you only joined yesterday so not really able to comment

also it's run well it the only one that's survived this long so people must have a good opinion of it.

Also the reason why people are banned are good reason eg past accounts or other reasons.

and as said it's a kid forum and when people spam with inappropiate things then they deserve to be banned

yess thats a very good point (stevengerardo8) but i still believe that he is not old enough to make proper and mature decisions, like for example i expect im going to be banned for making this topic, but why should i, i have made it in the debates columb and thats wats its there for but i know and believe he makes rash decisions like that and i beleive someone more mature would look at either sides properly and then make an informed decision and i think he acts on spure of the moment sometimes

mate, why would you be banned for making this topic, its in the debate section, you havent swore, you havnet really done anything to be baned for in this topic, you are entitled to your opinions and as long as you word them right/un-offencivly you wont get banned.

we all act on the spare of the moment, even top athletes, mp's its part of human nature, we occaisionaly get things wrong, its what makes us human.
