Yep, i've got ipod touch and the good thing it can be hacked and u can install things like mxTube which lets u download youtube vids, a P2P music app which is just released but still has bugs, games, useful apps a notes app, i find this app useful for revising with as i type out notes on it for school and i can take them everywhere

Its called Jailbreaking, i used ZiPhone 2.6b, its safe enough to use but whatever u do don't use iPWN.
google jailbreak for more info
