Jeez, isn't having an allergy a pain in the bum!
i have an allergy to nuts, one night i ordered a curry, cos i love curry 
and after i'd eaten some, my throat and tongue swelled up and i went into shock and couldn't breathe, luckily i controlled my breathing and the swelling went down the curry had almonds in!, but now i've been told its vital i check all ingrediants, as even traces of nuts could kill me!
although i guess you don't think when ordering a take-out!
I'm also a hayfever sufferer, so i'm allergic to flowers pollen, grass and shizzle!
how do you deal with your allergies and what are they?

Not allergic to anything myself (that i know of), but my mum is allergic to caffine - which causes her to have migraines :O - so she has to be careful with chocolate & coffee.
