You can spend them at the shop (At the top of the page it should say shop) and you can spend them there on items like mini cooper, watch etc(of course there not real). You can also bet with them to try and get more. Hope this helped.

Well, you get 3 points for posts and 5 for new topics. There are various other ways of getting points such as betting, competitions ect.
You can then spend these virtual points in the virtual shop which then puts virtual items in your profile.
Basicly what Gowans said.
