Yes, I don't think anyone's ever suggested that actually.
It's possible, but as lots of under-11's don't have mobiles (the main market is 14 - 39) it wouldn't really be serialised until loads of under-11s have phones.
Possible, but might not happen. Still, you might as well forward your idea to swapitshop - they will always reply with your response.
