Hey everyone ~
I'm sure you've all heard of Swine Flu by now, but unfortunately it seems a lot of people don't know how to recognise the symptons, or even know anything about it!
Anyway; the symptons are quite similar to normal flu, such as Joint pain, a sore throat, diarrhoea/vomiting, sudden temperature, unusual tiredness, aching/ loss of appetite.
One thing people don't seem to know is that Swine Flu stays on surfaces like phones/computers/door handles. It can also be passed on through sharing food and makeup!
Finally, if you think you may have some of the sympons, you should stay at home and either call 0800 151 35 13 or go online to www.pandemicflu.direct.gov.uk to assess your symptoms.
Hope this helps; I'm currently working with Boots to raise awarness about it!

and i'm pretty sure everyone knows the symptoms and what not
