| i bidded on an item on the 20th of december and it still hasnt come, it says swap completed, is this normal??

well... it is to an extent
when is the posted date?
bcoz when it says swap complete i think that is when SWAPITSHOP recieve it which means they still have to send it to you which will take a couple of extra day

If you get your swapits back for a dodgy item do you have to send the item back to get your swapits.
